關於創辦人
陳晴妤
我是陳晴妤，目前就讀美國 Berkeley 的一所私立高中，父母從小教育我：人生就好像一本銀行存簿，隨著人生經歷不同人事物的過程，我將會存入不同的資源於我的人生銀行中。在適當的時候，我應將這些資源提領、整合、運用，以發揮最大效用。我今年滿 16 歲，我想我應該開始將我的人生經歷存簿加以整合、運用。
目前我在父親陳徵哲的協助下，2017年創立一個網站「全球貢學計劃」，並將所有我認識的師長、朋友、同學做好連結，架構一個全球網，希望能透過網路帶領外國友人親訪或網路視訊交流，拍攝影片，透過平台，讓全台學員能夠共享資源，成為台灣國際教育的有力資源，讓世界更了解台灣的多種族文化。
在這裡我要特別感謝 感謝台東縣議會議長——饒慶鈴女士全力支持。我會一直努力，讓這項 全球貢(共) 學計劃朝著我的預想前進。
她的故事
一位17歲的台灣少女，在美國讀高中時，創立了這個協會， 她相信透過文化交流和志工服務，能向世界展現台灣多元 原住民文化。她鼓勵青年志工探索不同文化，擴展視野，同時幫助弱勢社群，為社會帶來正向改變。

They shape the way I live my life In the way a big ship carries a lone passenger across foreign seas, taking me to pursue the mystery of life, to explore the magic of the world
Their love for me is a sky of countless twinkling stars in my heart
A gust of wind gently touching me on the cheek.
Without it, I have no idea where I would be.
I am but a child, full of infinite vitality, Getting gradually sensible, more responsible,
beginning to study more seriously instead of complaining
I've learned to schedule my time,
eliminating distractions like one squeezes dirty water out of a sponge.
I've learned to view pressure as the driving force.
I've learned that life is complicated.
It is a learning process.
My life is a gift.
I can't and won't take it for granted.
I hope to be somebody one day
I know that l will struggle to be somebody.
While I may stagger and fall
I will constantly strive to be somebody want to be:
Someone unique
Someone blessed
Someone powerful
Someone successful.
